A New Year Means New Beginnings...For Real This Time.

Mak will finally be back this April. I will be Updating (scary word) this site as well. I am, however, in the process of moving at the moment, so this image from the upcoming book will have to do until i get my ducks in a row. I do have some really good stuff to post in the upcoming months, so needless to say, I'm rather excited.

The Official Beginnning

I finally decided to officially kick off this site. Granted, I'm still learning all of the little "ins" and "outs" of blogging, but over time I know I'll get the hang of things. I'm in the process of dismantling my Deviant Art site down to its bare bones and moving all relevant information here. This will soon be linked to the OFFICIAL 0backbone site, but until then, I'll have to set up links through the DA sites.

Looking over all of the things we currently have out there, it seems to amount to a collection of half-finished or half-abandoned sites advertising half-finished projects. Rest assured that we are working on things when our time allows, but balancing comic creation with full-time jobs is very draining and unrewarding.

The current plan is to go deep into production on 2 books: A collection of short Mak stories and a full 24 page story that I'm calling "The long talk". I'll also be putting together some mini art books and a longer version of the Mak Travel Logbook. There will also be the assortment of mini-posters, pins, and stickers available. We'll probably make an appearance at SPACE 2009 and then have a full unveiling of everything at SPX 2009.

This is only what we have planned at the moment, so anything can happen between now and then so stay tuned. I'll attempt to update this page at least once a month, but will probably update it more regularly than that.
